Have you ever dreamed of having a professional roping instructor?
Allen Bach has developed a mentor program specifically designed for a team roper. His passion and wisdom for the sport has been a life-long endeavor. He has been a professional rodeo-athlete as well as a teacher of the sport for nearly three decades. His spiritual walk holds more importance than his many personal accomplishments. There are several key elements to a successful mentor program for a team roper:

We will provide an environment to accelerate the skills of a roper to the highest possible level. This can be achieved through daily perfect practice that includes video, quality cattle, the willingness to have and maintain quality horses, and finally, to establish the most suitable partners.

We have an ideal location. In north Texas there are countless ropings (USTRC, etc.) and rodeos (PRCA, amateur, open) within two hundred miles year round. The facilities at Allen's ranch combined with great weather make it very roper-friendly.

Allen will establish accountability. Allen will not only be the coach/trainer/brother but also another set of eyes. Without accountability success cannot be achieved.

Allen makes a direct connection between how the pursuit of perfection in roping also applies to the challenges of living a Christian life. Being surrounded by positive role models, having good fellowship, staying in prayer, and growing in personal ministry are essential.

A word from Allen:

"Over the last five years, I have been developing a unique program that offers an opportunity to live at my training facility for three, six, or twelve months a year. I call this my Mentorship Program. I offer professional instruction which focuses on solid skills, mental toughness, and perfect practice. I would basically become your roping coach and help you to become a dominate roper at your appropriate level.

I'm willing to dedicate myself completely in order to achieve your goals."
